Přímá jednobřitá čepel s falešným ostřím v blízkosti středového hrotu, dva široké výbrusy a dvě hřbetní rýhy po obou stranách. V horní části čepel zdobena po obou stranách leptem jezdce, na lícové straně nápis "Vivat Carolus VI", na opačné "Vivat Printz Eugenius". Jílec mosazný, prutový koš s jedním úponkem, mušlovitá záštita s reliéfním dekorem trofejí. Hladká záda přechází ve hlavici v podobě lva. Zbytky zlacení. Rukojeť dřevěná, potažená kůží. Pochva je nepůvodní. Rakousko, 1. třetina 18. století, délka 105,5 cm.

Heavy Cavalry Officers´ Broadsword
Single-edged, broad blade with double fuller and two back grooves on both sides, false edge and central point. The base decorated on both sides with etching of horseman and inscription "Vivat Carolus VI" on a side, and "Vivat Printz Eugenius" on the other. Brass knuckle-bow hilt with side-bar and shell-shaped guard with relief trophies. Thumb ring and a straight crossguard. Smooth back-piece, lion head as pommel. Remnants of gilding. Wooden grip covered with leather. The scabbard is a reproduction replacement. Austria, the 1st third of the 18th century, length 105.5 cm. Condition 2+
