Born in 1943.Studied at the State Higher School of Fine Arts (now the Academy of Fine Arts) in Wroclaw in 1963-1969.Diploma with honors in painting in the studio of Prof. Z. Karpinski and design painting in architecture in the studio of docent A. Mazurkiewicz in 1969.Participated in more than 140 collective exhibitions in the community and nationwide. He presented painting and drawing at 28 solo exhibitions at home and abroad. He has published four collections of poetry. In 1992, he received the academic title of professor. He is a full professor. He runs a painting studio at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw and at the Faculty of Arts at the University of Zielona Gora. Winner of the Main Prize of the President of the City of Wroclaw at the Lower Silesian Art Exhibitions, Painting 2004 and the Prize of the President of the City of Szczecin at the 21st Festival of Polish Contemporary Painting in Szczecin in 2006.
