20 Korunas dated October 1, 1926, series Bg, number 856097, issued by the National Bank of Czechoslovakia.
The obverse features General Milan Rastislav Štefánik and the coat of arms of Czechoslovakia, while the reverse features a portrait of Alois Rašín, Czechoslovakia’s first Minister of Finance.
SPECIMEN banknote, marked with the distinctive “SPECIMEN” perforation at the top of the banknote. An additional feature of this piece is the distinctly diagonal cut of the sheet, clearly visible in the non-parallel alignment of the margins relative to the print area.
The banknote has been graded by PMG at the high grade of 64 Choice Uncirculated.
An attractive item for collectors of pre-war Czechoslovak banknotes, especially in the SPECIMEN version.
