1 Reichsmark without date of issue, issued since 1942
Banknote issued for use in territories occupied by the armed forces of the German Reich (Deutsche Wehrmacht). The first issue, at 1/10th of the actual value (i.e., goods worth RM10 could be bought for RM1). The banknote was also used in German military units in Poland (and France, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, among others), but the money was not officially available to the civilian population.
