Edyta Hul, (born 1986). Graduate of the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk since 2012. She works in painting, drawing and printmaking. She lives and creates in Gdansk. The artist About her painting she said: "The peculiarity of my work is that it relies heavily on a trial of skill, favor of chance and intuition. Each successive session over a painting is an attempt to get out from under the questioner, that is, a path of searching for a new means of expression, which would allow further exculpation of the vision or complete transformation. Through the attempt to coordinate thoughts, eyes and hands, a perdition still appears, since, according to chaos theory, we are unable to obtain a perfect copy of the imagination on the sub-painting plane. Therefore, I believe that the painter is both a viewer and a replicant, painting not a picture, but about a picture."
