Itamar Siani - Israeli painter.
He was born in 1940 in Sanaa, to a family of Yemeni Jews. In 1949, after the death of his father, he immigrated to Israel with his mother and three brothers (an operation called "Magic Carpet"/"Magic Carpet"). He studied at London University and Goldsmith College of Art in London and with artists such as Marcel Janco, Moshe Mokadi, Zvi Meirovitz, Ja'akow Agam and Josef Schwarzman.
A frequently recurring motif in his works are childhood memories etched in the artist's memory and linked to his emigration (Aliya) to Israel. He uses the oil technique in full color.
His works have been exhibited in Israel, the UK, Spain and Poland.
