In bronze, obverse illustrating the left-facing bust of Sultan Omar Ali Safuddin III, surrounded by the inscription "SULTAN OMAR ALI SAIFUDDIN III", reverse illustrating the Brunei Armed Forces insignia, surrounded by the inscription "PINGAT KERJA LAMA DAN PERANGAI BAIK", measuring 38.3 mm in diameter, original ribbon with horizontal pinback marked "SPINK & SON Ltd".
