Born in 1959 in Cracow, Poland. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow , majoring in Shaping of the Environment in Katowice , in the atelier of docent Gerard Labus.
Artistic achievement - initially in the field of painting and design, later also and especially in the field of Sculpture. Many years of practice in the studio
of sculptor Jacek Sarapata crowned in 2004 with a joint exhibition of achievements - at the ZPAP Gallery in Katowice, and in 2006 at the Gallery "Next to" in Tychy. Sculptural works have been repeatedly presented at post-competition exhibitions of "Work of the Year", and exhibitions of the Silesian Creative Environment in BWA in Katowice .
In his work he uses observations of nature, employs classical compositional techniques (often portraiture), as well as innovative, experimental solutions. He carries out his work in casting techniques - bronze, aluminum (small sculptural forms), and plastics (larger, experimental compositions).
In the achievements of sculpture many realizations : commemorative plaques, statues, medals, tomb sculpture, garden sculpture, portraits, monumental projects (sacred art). For several years associated with the WST in Katowice as a lecturer in the studio of Sculpture at the Faculty of Interior Design.
