An elegant and high quality object of fine jewelry craftsmanship from early 20th century Austria. A snuff or cosmetic box with carefully worked surfaces. Rectangular with rounded corners, the side walls decorated with engraved palmetto motifs, the bottom covered with delicate guilloche, the closing surface decorated with blue enamel laid on guilloche (Parisian blue). In the central part a stylized bouquet of flowers in a vase, multicolored enamel and gilding. The interior is gilded. Good state of preservation - a small superficial chip of enamel in the upper left corner.
