Biography
He was a painter and graphic artist. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow under Jan Stanislawski and Leon Wyczolkowski. He continued his studies at the Academie Colarossi in Paris and in Italy. He belonged to the Society of Polish Artists 'Sztuka'. During World War I, suspected by the Russians of being a spy, he was deported to the Urals. He painted atmospheric landscapes of the Tatra and Beskid regions.
