Wawrzyniec Chorermbalski (Zawichost 1888 - Warsaw 1965) - landscape painter. From 1911 he studied at the Warsaw School of Fine Arts in the atelier of S. Lentz and W. Trojanowski, and then in Paris He was a member of the TZSP and from 1919 to 1939 constantly showed his works in current exhibitions at the Zachęta Gallery; in 1922 he also had a solo exhibition there. In addition, he presented his canvases with the group Zespół (1927-320), at the Salon of Art of C. Garlinski, and after 1945 at the District Exhibitions of the ZPAP in Warsaw. During the Warsaw Uprising, most of his works were destroyed.
