Beata Szajna - Antiope

Beata Stankiewicz-Szczerbik

Graduated from the Department of Ceramics and Glass at the State Higher School of Fine Arts (now the E. Geppert Academy of Fine Arts) in Wrocław, 1996.

Participation in 11 solo exhibitions and approximately 20 group exhibitions, including the New Glass Review 20 exhibition at the Corning Museum of Glass, Corning, USA, 1999, and the Kanazawa International Glass Exhibition 2007, Kanazawa, Japan.

Works in the National Museum in Wrocław and Poznań, the Karkonosze Museum in Jelenia Góra, the Museum in Sosnowiec, and the E. Geppert Academy of Fine Arts Museum in Wrocław.

Glass installations in Wrocław’s urban space: 12 stained-glass windows and the Stations of the Cross based on a text by Angelus Silesius in St. Matthew’s Rectory Church; a glass wall and a VIP lounge at the Wrocław Copernicus Airport terminal.
