Biography
Matthäus Seutter was a student of J. B. Homann. He worked in Augsburg and collaborated with, among others, Tobias Konrad Lotter and Johan Michael Probst. His most notable works include *Atlas novus*, first published in Vienna in 1728 (50 plates), and *Atlas minor* (66 plates and a title page).
