A bust of Tadeusz Kościuszko turned slightly to the right, surrounded by the inscription “TADEUSZ KOŚCIUSZKO – B. 1746–1817,” the whole set within a wreath, with “RACŁAWICE – DUBIENKA” on the wreath - SZCZEKOCINY - MACIEJOWICE; at the bottom, a medallion with the family coat of arms; at the top, a ribbon bearing a shield with an eagle and the inscription “POLAND STILL EXISTS—IT HAS NOT PERISHED”
