The model has a wingspan of approximately 52 cm and a length of 35 cm. The cockpit features a pilot's cabin and mechanical controls (levers) for opening and closing the wing flaps and for steering the tail rudder. It has a two-bladed wooden rotating propeller. Hard rubber tires and spoked wheels. This is an original model from around 1925, a beautiful, realistic scale reproduction. In excellent condition, completely original, and requires no restoration.The ANSALDO A.120 was a monoplane tested in 1925 by Arturo Ferrarin. It was powered by a 400-horsepower Lorraine Dietrich 12 DB engine.The A.120 was purchased by the Regia Aeronautica in December 1926, and in 1931 it was tested at Montecelio in the “R” version, with a 700 hp Fiat A24.R engine and extensive modifications to the cockpit.
