Made of maroon colored cloth. On it, on the front, a superimposed eagle embroidered with silver byre on a maroon cloth backing. The rank badge is also embroidered in silver byre. Border stitched with black leather. Cotton satin black sweatband with stamp and date and number "0974/55".
