The hilt is open, metal, decorated with a floral and pincer motif. The head, the hilt and the scabbard spur of the scabbard with a characteristic "pear-shaped" and conical shape, typical of the Caucasus. The hilt is single-edged, with a slightly curved hilt. On the inner side there is an engraved decoration: a fish, a pincushion motif, a floral motif, an inscription and the date "1823". The hilt is covered with velvet, decorated on the ferrules with applications: a two-headed eagle with a cross, floral ornaments, a lion's head and rosettes.
