Biography
Pola Piestrzeniewicz born 21.12.1996 in Lublin. Student of the fifth year of the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz.
Winner of a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. She deals mainly with abstract painting, where she juxtaposes non-figurative matter with brush gestures. In her works she seeks solutions,
different structures and shapes. He considers interacting planes, how they affect each other in their extremes. Inspiration for works
draws from natural phenomena, light and the environment in which I currently find myself. Winner of the second prize of the XXXVII edition of the Competition im.
Władysław Strzemiński - Fine Arts 2020. she received an award from the Lodz House of Culture, 2nd Distinction of the EMANATIONS 2020 Festival and
Honorable Mention of the National INSPIRATIONS 2020 Competition of the PALETA Foundation for Contemporary Art . Winner of the award of the Local Fund Foundation
