Rectangular chest of drawers, with three drawers, the upper one painted black, the other two veneered with patterned veneer, framed by turned, blackened columns on the front corners, supported by four tapering granite legs. Brass fittings, oval, repoussed. The columns surmounted by gilded capitals, supported on granular bases, with a transom at the bottom. The chest of drawers is inspired by Empire models from around 1810, with classical form and decoration.
At a good level of workmanship, elegant.
