Since 1964 he has been a member of the Association of Polish Artists. Since then he has devoted himself to art. In his work he depicts a world transformed from reality, where shapes, colors take on a specific form, depending on the subjective experience of the artist. The artist uses various oil techniques. Among them, impasto, a colored stain over which he seemingly has no control. By directing a trickle of paint in the right direction, he creates fantastic, seemingly unexpected, forms. Together with Joanna Chmielewska, he worked in the 1960s in a design office. It was there that the writer made him the main character of her famous novel "Lesio."
