Weight 3,62 g, 20 mm. An interesting and rare suberatus antoninian during the time of Philip II. This coin shows that the silver content of this ruler's antoninian coins was still high enough (in practice, reaching around 30-40%) that counterfeiting them was profitable at the time. The situation changed significantly after 251, when the devaluation of the antoninian accelerated significantly, making forgery of the antoninian unprofitable.
