Legend is within the two circle; while outside; along the rim; there are 23 provincial crowned heraldic arms. Reverse: Crowned heart-shaped quartered shield with Greater arms of Sweden (Three Crowns of Sweden on first and fourth; Folkungs Lion on second and third and seal of the House of Vasa superimposed in the center). Legend around in three lines divided first by a beaded boarder than by a single line.
