Wojciech Adam Witkowski has lived in Sierpc since his birth.
Graduate of the Kazimierz Wielki Academy in Bydgoszcz. Studies on the
majoring in fine arts, art history at the Pawel Wlodkowic High School in
Plock. Studies in "painting and drawing" at the Faculty of Graphics and
Painting at the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź.
Has been painting for many years, mainly portraits, landscapes, flowers and horses. He is interested in
in various painting techniques, but mostly does painting
oil, watercolor and pastel. In recent years, he has also often turned to acrylic paints
acrylic paints.
Chairman of the audit committee of the Mazovian Association of Artists
Fine Arts. For several years, has been a member of the Adult Art Group
"IMPRESSION" operating in the Center for Culture and Art in Sierpc and
co-founder of the ASPekt art group, which brings together graduates of the
of the "painting and drawing" faculty of the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz.
He conducts art and ceramic classes for children, youth and
adult artists.
Long-term participant in more than ninety national and
international open-air art workshops.
Six times he won and several times he was awarded and honored
in national art competitions in the category of adult artists.
Among other things, he won the seventh All-Polish art competition "Shrines and
Churches in the Mazovian landscape" in 2010, as well as the All-Poland art contest
"Beauty of Mazovia" art contest in 2015.
He presented his works at 36 individual exhibitions, among others
among others at the Mill Cantor Cultural and Historical Center in Strzegowo,
twice at the Frederic Chopin European Artistic Center in
Sanniki, twice at the "P" Gallery in Plock, at the Mazovian Village Museum
in Sierpc, at the Paweł Tencer Gallery of the Municipal Cultural Center in
Gostynin, at the Museum of Romanticism in Opinogóra, at the Center for Culture and
Art in Sierpc, at the Darmstadt House in Plock, at the "RAMA" Gallery of the Municipal
Cultural Center in Józefów and many others.
He participated in 79 group exhibitions, among others at the embassy of the
Republic of Poland embassy in Kaliningrad, in "Lviv's Own Gallery
Thatch" located at the headquarters of the Lviv Society of Friends of Arts
Fine Arts, at the gallery of the Land Forces Club in the Warsaw Citadel, at the
Museum of Polish Nobility in Ciechanów, in the Senate of the Republic of Poland
in Warsaw, at the House of Creative Work in Uniejów, at the OFF Gallery
Piotrkowska in Lodz, at the Boleslaw Biegas Gallery in Ciechanow, at the
Mazovian Museum in Plock, at the Art Gallery on Prosta Street in Jablonna, at the
Museum of Positivism in Golotczyzna, in the "White Wall" Gallery of the Academy of
Academy of Fine Arts named after Władysław Strzemiński in Lodz, and in many, many
others.

His works are in private collections at home and abroad
among others in the United States, Israel, Germany, Spain,
Czech Republic and many others.
