Biography
An artist and scholar whose work lies at the intersection of two seemingly distant worlds: art and science. She combines her artistic education, earned at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź through a postgraduate program in painting and drawing, with a Ph.D. in chemical sciences from the Polish Academy of Sciences in Kraków. Her creative path stems from the conviction that science, though precise and objective, is unable to capture all aspects of human emotions and experiences. It is art that allows her to translate the unspeakable into visual forms. In her works, she combines scientific precision with intuitive expression, employing geometry, a clean division of space, and a carefully considered harmony of colors. Her paintings are a plane where an understanding of the structure of matter meets an attempt to capture elusive emotions, especially those associated with femininity. She draws inspiration from both chemical processes and the dynamics of human emotions. Each of her works is an experiment in which geometric order and painterly intuition intertwine, creating a new space for reflection.
