Characteristic of this issue, selective patina. Nice background and luster. The coin was minted to commemorate the death of the king's wife, Christina Eberhardina.
On the obverse a cypress tree, on the sides two pyramids of hearts and the maxim "As many leaves, so many hearts cry". On the reverse a twelve-line inscription. The coin commemorates the death of Christina Eberhardina. Although titularly she was queen of Poland, she never came to Poland and was not crowned. Her faith proved to be an obstacle. She was a devout Protestant and, unlike her husband, Augustus II, refused to convert to Catholicism, which was required by the law of the time.
