Biography
A graduate of the Faculty of Interior Architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, where she studied from 1999 to 2004. Her thesis project was awarded the Academy Rector’s Medal. In addition to interior design, Pabis creates abstract paintings, in which she has developed her own distinctive, recognizable style. In her work, she employs a method of improvisation, which she views as a process in which purpose and direction are balanced by leaving room for intuition and freedom. The result is works that have a powerful impact on the viewer and on the space in which they are displayed. The artist has participated in numerous group exhibitions, and her first solo exhibition, titled “Waking Up From a Coma,” took place at the DESA Unicum headquarters in 2023.
