with a wide, short brim, flounce, and a wide base. The rim of the plate has a slightly raised lip. The brim is decorated with leafy scrolls on a white background and peacock-eye metopes. In the background is a portrait of Perugino (P. Vannucci) with a cartouche "ARS ET AMOR SUNT VITA" on a blue background. The back has a ring-shaped support with a lowered background. Signature on the back under the glaze in blue. Deruta manufacture by R. Ficola
Condition: good, minimal losses along the edge.
