Filip Tomiec (born 1990 in Kalisz). Independent oil painting artist. His works are an expressive marriage of nature with the material world. In a sublime way, he talks about the beauty and drama of modern times. Through figurative painting he expresses himself and his spiritual journey. His painting language is a colorful, abstract contrast - full of streaks, cracks and impastos combined with a simple, realistic form. He runs his own painting studio in Charzyki. He has participated in several local group and solo exhibitions. He made his debut 2017 at the Chojnice House of Culture. He cooperates with leading auction houses in Poland, i.e. Art In House, Avantgarden, Artbidy, Pragaleria. He is the co-author of two murals in Chojnice for which he received the award of Achievement of the Year 2020-21 organized by the Promotion of Chojnice Region and the Award of the Mayor of Chojnice. He has been active as an artist for 7 years, carrying out customer orders and creating original compositions.
