Ceramic artist, sculptor, painter, draughtsman and printmaker. Lives and works in Warsaw. Studied sculpture in the studio of Prof. Ludwika Nitschowa. Graduate of the European Academy of Arts in Warsaw. Diploma in the studio of Prof. Antoni Fałat and Prof. Barbara Szubinska. Studied drawing under the direction of Franciszek Starowieyski and Wiktor Zin.
Works in clay with grog, stoneware and more recently in porcelain, where he uses white and texture for monochromatic representations. He also does painting and printmaking. Creator of the so-called Hybrid Art, which consists of combining painting with relief, in his case plastic objects using white porcelain, presented under the author's name Kotarbany.
He is a member of ZPAP and the International Association of Ceramic Artists "KERAMOS".
The artist's works can be found in the collections of collectors from Poland, France, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Italy, Canada, USA, Israel, In the National Museum in Warsaw Nieborów branch, in the Museum of Ceramics in Boleslawiec and in the International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza, Italy.
