Minor soiling on the reverse of a few plates; nevertheless, in very good condition. A set of 13 etchings from the series “Studies from the Tatra Mountains” by Walery Eljasz-Radzikowski. The prints are signed on the plate (WRE, W Eljasz, Drawing and Engraving by Walery Eljasz, Walery Eljasz); two of them bear the engraved dates 1873 and 1874. The set includes the following plates: title plate, “Excursion to Morskie Oko,” “Highlander Woman on the Road,” “Highlander with a Shepherd Dog,” “Tatra Society Shelter at Hala Gąsienicowa,” Highlander by a mountain hut, Morskie Oko, Shrine at Bachledy, Lubownia Castle on Spisz as seen from the south, At the Pass, Tatra Landscape and Portrait Study, Shepherd on a Mountain Peak, Mountain Hut.
