Painter. He draws inspiration from both ancient art and the modern world, television, advertising, and digital images condensing them into a simplified, even graphic representation with strong, powerful colors.
The work is from a special series with the same title created in collaboration with Aurore Chauve, a designer and art director, and privately the artist's partner. Bompard is a neighborhood in Marseille where the couple lives with their children. The beautiful views from their windows and around their home became the ready-made motifs for the paintings' composition.
