Order of War Virtuti Militari V class, made in the shape of a four-armed cross, each of the four arms on the corners ending in balls, on the obverse of the arms horizontally inscription VIRT - TUTI,vertically MILI - TARI, inscriptions covered with black enamel, in the middle a circular shield in which a white eagle with a crown and regalia in its talons was inscribed, around the eagle a laurel wreath. The reverse shows a circular shield in the middle with a wreath and the inscription "Honor and Fatherland" below inscribed with the date 1792.
On the reverse near the lower shoulder a beaten silver punch 800. Unknown time of manufacture.
