Issue minted to commemorate the outstanding politician and mayor of the city of Krakau, Dr. Mikołaj Zyblikiewicz 1887. Dr. Zyblikiewicz was also an honorary citizen of the city of Lviv, and this dignified title was awarded to him on November 11, 1886.
