Description: Herolt (Wolf) Volf and Tomáš of Aupa (Úpa) were brothers and mintmasters in Kutná Hora in the late 16th century. Mikuláš Vodňanský of Čazarov (1531 - 1597/1598) was a prominent Kutná Hora citizen and imperial judge. He was also involved in municipal administration, and later sources suggest roles as city scribe and councilor. Archival records (from around 1612 - 1614 and later) identify a Mikuláš Vodňanský served as mint clerk / accounting official in Kutná Hora - likely a relative or continuation of the family’s civic role
