Obv: Cruciform invocative monogram (type V): Θεοτόκε βοήθει; in the quarters: τῷ σῷ δούλῳ. Wreath border.
Rev: Inscription of five lines: Θεοδώρῳ ὑπάτῳ (καὶ) β(ασιλικῷ) (πρωτο)σπαθαρίῳ. Wreath border.
Translation: Mother of God, help your servant Theodoros hypatos and imperial protospatharios.
