Obv: A patriarchal cross mounted on a base of four steps. Within concentric borders of dots, a circular inscription beginning with a cross at seven o'clock: Κ(ύρι)ε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ.
Rev: Inscription of four lines: Λέοντ(ι) β(ασιλικῷ) σπαθ(αρο)κανδιδ(άτῳ) (καὶ) ἀσηκρῆτ(ις). Crosses of dots above and below. Border of dots.
Translation: Lord, help your servant Leon, imperial spatharokandidatos and asekretis.
