Obv: Cruciform invocative monogram: Κύριε βοήθει; in the quarters: τ[ῷ] σῷ [δ]ούλῳ. Crosses of dots in the quarters. Thin wreath border.
Rev: Inscription of four lines beginning with a cross: +[Θ]εοδοσίῳ [β(ασιλικῷ)] (πρωτο)σπαθαρίῳ; decorations above and below. Thin wreath border.
Translation: Lord, help your servant Theodosios, imperial protospatharios.
