The seal bears the emblem of the Association: on the shield a figure - a surgeon or the patron saint of surgeons, in the jewel of the coat of arms - Griffin (coat of arms of Pomerania); in the rim an inscription: C.P.M.L.II. GREMII CHYRURGOR, which can be translated as: CORPUS POMERANIAE MEDICUS.
At that time, the area of Pomerania included lands from Gdansk to Szczecin.
