On the reverse of the badge, in the upper right, the mark "MD" is stamped, and at the bottom, the number "713" is engraved. An exceptionally rare set. Badge of a Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR No. 713, with the deputy's ID card of a member of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR (Council of Nationalities) from the Narva Electoral District., 1st Convocation, 1937, No. 713; a free travel permit No. 713; and a pass for the session of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR No. 0403, 1944, issued to Meta Yanovna Lukhakiiv.Meta (Meeta-Miralda) Yanovna Luhakõiv (née Lagge; August 14, 1913, Soldina, Vaivara, Estonian Governorate – May 28, 1993, Viljandi County) was a weaver and a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 1st Convocation. She worked as a weaver at the "Kreenholm" factory in Narva and became a participant in the Stakhanovite movement after Estonia's incorporation into the USSR. On January 12, 1941, she was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR from the Narva electoral district in a by-election. During World War II, she remained under occupation, continuing to work at the factory. In 1942, she was arrested by German occupation authorities. Her parents were Jaan Lagge and Juli Lagge (née Ottokar).
