Set containing two original signatures of Polish violinist Henryk Szeryng, one of the most prominent violinists of the 20th century. The signatures are made on two cards with attached portrait photographs, one accompanied by a dedication "With good wishes" and dated 1974, the other dated 1973.Henryk Szeryng was an outstanding virtuoso who began his musical career studying with Bronisław Huberman and Carl Flesch. After the outbreak of World War II, he served as the cultural attaché of the Polish exile government in Mexico, where he later became a citizen and significantly contributed to the development of Mexican musical culture. As a soloist, he performed with leading world orchestras and was known for his brilliant technique and precise interpretation of repertoire ranging from Baroque to Romanticism.
