Czech art glass set designed by Hana Machovská for the Mstišov later Moser glassworks, 1970s. From the elegant "Romana" collection. Includes vase (pattern no. 53656/22, height 22 cm) and matching jardiniere (pattern no. 53663/18). Very good vintage condition, no chips or cracks. Only a light water haze inside the vase.

This refined vintage glass set was designed by Hana Machovská in the 1970s for the renowned  Mstišov later Moser glassworks as part of the "Romana" collection. It consists of a tall vase (pattern no. 53656/22, 22 cm) and a jardiniere (pattern no. 53663/18), both created with the traditional hot-shaped technique that characterizes Czech art glass of the mid-century period.

The Romana series is celebrated for its soft, organic silhouettes and flowing lines, evoking an understated elegance. The sculptural quality and craftsmanship make the pieces suitable both as functional vessels and as decorative design statements.
